Blackboard Access Instructions

Access: Who Can Use Blackboard for HSC 4500? All students have access to Blackboard who are currently enrolled and or who are previously enrolled and have an "I" or an "RP" grade.

Course Announcements: Check Blackboard frequently for information about the writing workshops, new internship listings, service-learning opportunities, job openings, hot web links for career planning, scholarships, professional conferences, and other goodies. Use Blackboard to communicate with other students in the course.

Access Instructions:

1. As of Sepember 24, 2003, all students must use a NetID to login to Blackboard. To obtain a NetID, go to http://www.csueastbay.edu/netid/
2. To activate a NetID, click on "Activate Your NetID" and follow the instructions.
3. Make a note of both the NetID and the NetID password issued. Both must be used to login to Blackboard.
4. Go to the Blackboard website address at: http://bb.csueastbay.edu (Note there is no "www" in the Blackboard website address).
5. User Name: Enter your NetID
6. Password: Enter your NetID password
7. Click on Login
8. The Blackboard Welcome Page will appear. Click on Courses tab at top of window
9. Find and click on HSC 4500 Supervised Field Training Announcements
10. Read Announcements
