Microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) have been widely researched, but only a few systems have reached commercial success. One of those is a projector chip. This talk will present a novel structure for generating color images as well as fabrication techniques for such projector chips. Proof-of-concept chips, fabricated in the Berkeley Microfabrication Laboratory will be shown.
