  The Institute for Mental Health and Wellness Education at the California State University, East Bay is committed to bringing people together with diverse interests and backgrounds to tackle one of societies most pressing problems -- mental illness and the tragic toll it takes on all of our lives. Through the combined efforts of the Institute and our collaborators we hope to shed light on the myths and mysteries of mental illness while providing much needed information. It is our fervent hope to help facilitate a recovery process in all mentally disabled individuals.
